Walking down the ledder near my house from the top of the hill, I saw a group of children playing touch-last. And I heared one of them screaming: "Stop thinking, stop thinking!"
I laughed then.
But now I think he was close to the truth. When I think, I do realise all the sorrows and problems I have. And I have no idea how to cope with all of them. Bad mood and no positive effect. I'm not that strong) - and if you are, I'm jealous.
But that never does mean you should just sit and cry. Rise and shine. Never think of ALL you have. Ignore those who remember you about all that stuff. Go and manage some one thing. Whithout reflection and hesitation. Slash everything one by one. Not all at once, of course.
In a book "Busido: The Samurai codex" is written:
"Master Naosige once said: The path of Samurai lies in recklessness. A man of that kind won't be killed even by dozen of people. Using your common sense you won't obtain great goals. Just stop thinking and become deviant"
The real power of a man lies not in his mind, but deep in his heart. In your darkest days remember these words: "Stop thinking". Stand up, smile and shine. Help everybody you can help. Look at their smiles - do have the power to mange everything! And then slash all the problems (Problems? Issues!) you have, one by one.

That's not the issue barbarians do think about.
It's interesting how diverse people are, and yet really, we're mostly the same.
